Who are the camp leaders?

Camper leaders are rising seniors from Avonworth High School. To learn more, visit the About Us page!

How do the sessions work?

This year, instead of Sessions, we are doing a single week of full day camps.

What does the camp registration fee include?

Camp registration fee includes everything in the camp, including games, crafts, and a snack everyday. The fee also includes a t-shirt, handed out on the last day of camp. Camp does not include lunch, which must be packed separately if staying all day.

Is lunch included?

Lunch is not included. Campers should pack a lunch for every day attending. Snacks will be provided multiple times a day.

What are the safety policies?

Your campers safety is our top priority. Every camp counselor has been first aid trained and CPR certified. There will also be a full first aid kit on-site.

Is there any additional paperwork needed?

After purchasing your camp sessions, you will receive an email. This email will include a Google form to provide additional camper information and a medical and liability release waiver. The Google form can be completed online, however the waiver should be printed and filled out to hand in on the first day of camp. Thank you!

Where is camp located?

Camp is located at Ohio Township Nature Center

What should campers bring?

Every day, campers should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a lunch (if staying all day). Campers should also wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your spot at camp can be cancelled for a full refund before June 30. After that, the sessions are unfortunately nonrefundable.

What if there is inclement weather?

If there is rain, we have an inside area and alternative activities!
